Refrigeration / HVAC Service Technician

As an “AC DC” HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be securing the future of digitalization – and your own future, too

What you will do / Your work will involve:

  • Service, Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, bringing into operation cooling, enclosure air conditioning (panel AC) and ventilation systems, UPS, Air handling units/ Fan coil units independently
  • Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair Industrial electrical enclosure cooling AC, air conditioning, ventilation systems, UPS
  • Execute maintenance and repair tasks within specified timeframes, adhering to defined processes and service agreements and meeting customer requirements.
  • Replace or repair worn, defective, damaged components or products using hand tools, brazing torches, gauges, welding and refrigeration testing equipment INDEPENDENTLY
  • Participation in day to day maintenance, repair, on-call service
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency services, skill in handling multiple tasks/projects
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, addressing technical installation and service issues promptly and effectively.
  • Document completed work clearly and concisely, submitting service reports promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with customers upon arrival and before leaving the work site.
  • Energy analyses of live systems and determining measures to improve efficiency

Your qualifications:

  • With a minimum of 4 – 6 years’ experience in HVAC service as a cooling systems technician.
  • Cooling technology mechatronics technician or comparable qualification in ITI / Polytechnic diploma 3 Year Course on Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration or any equivalent training courses with certification and with 2 – 3 years professional Refrigeration, HVAC experience.
  • Knowledge of electronics, control, electrical controls, cooling, and ventilation technology.
  • Understand and analyze relevant technical documents such as electrical schemes, fluid schemes, piping diagrams, psychometric diagrams, etc.
  • Knowledge of air-cooled and water-cooled screw / centrifugal chillers.
  • Knowledge of airside products – Air handling units/ Fan coil units etc.
  • Experience working with Rittal, Stulz, nvent Hoffman, ABB, Eaton, Pfannenberg, Seifert products is a plus.
  • Multi-vendor experience is a plus.
  • UAE Driver's license is a plus.
  • Willing to work flexible hours.
  • Skills in Computer, MS Office, mail.
  • Good fluency in spoken and written English.
  • You are able to work independently, customer-focused, enjoy working in a team, good mechanical/electrical aptitude, positive attitude, hardworking, sincere.
  • Maintain and enhance technical proficiency in multi-vendor product lines through continuous reading, learning and training.

Data Center Technician

As an “AC DC” Data Center Service Technician, you’ll be securing the future of digitalization – and your own future, too.

What you will do / your work will involve

  • Bringing into operation, servicing and repairing cooling, air conditioning and ventilation systems, UPS, Chiller, CRAC, CRAH, LCP and other Data Center products
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot cooling, air conditioning, ventilation systems, UPS, data center products
  • Energy analyses of live systems and determining measures to improve efficiency
  • Customer advice, involvement in planning, and preparations for drawing up proposals
  • Participation in daily on-call service

Your qualifications

  • With a minimum of 4 – 6 years’ experience in HVAC, Data Center service as a cooling systems technician.
  • Cooling technology mechatronics technician or comparable qualification in ITI / polytechnic 3 Year Diploma Course in in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent training courses with certification and with 2 – 3 years professional data center maintenance experience.

  • Multi-vendor experience is a plus.
  • UAE Driver's license is a plus.
  • Willing to work flexible hours.
  • Customer-focused, hardworking, sincere, skills in computer, MS Office, mail.
  • Good fluency in spoken and written English.
